The Founder
Hello, I’m Johnny!
I’m an academic adjunct professor, a proud 20-year military veteran, a board-certified senior master karate instructor, and a licensed bully prevention expert. My passion lies in breaking the cycle of bullying with compassion and professionalism.
I founded this nonprofit based on both personal experience and professional training in de-escalation methods. Despite excelling academically and athletically and growing up in a loving environment, I endured constant bullying as a child. This experience deeply influenced my understanding of how bullying and low self-esteem can impact a child’s growth and future success.
I also hold an MBA degree, which is a graduate-level qualification encompassing a broad spectrum of business management and administration topics, including areas like finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and strategic planning.
For over 40 years, I’ve been dedicated to empowering children and community leaders, including parents, educators, and coaches. My goal is to equip children with practical tools and knowledge to foster confidence and effectively address challenging situations.
